“In Australia, the ‘vaccine’ mandates and passports are unlawful. According to the Australian
Immunisation Register Act 2015, “vaccine preventable disease means a disease listed as a
vaccine preventable disease in the latest edition of the Australian Immunisation Handbook
published by the Government Printer.” As of today, this Handbook does NOT include covid-19
or its ‘vaccines’ in the respective lists.

Also, the act makes provision for the Minister to create ‘rules’, but:

(2) To avoid doubt, the rules MAY NOT do the following:

(a) create an offence or civil penalty;

(b) provide powers of: (i) arrest or detention; or (ii) entry, search or seizure;
